When we think about something, the neurons fire off these electrical signals. These electrical signals then travel along nerve fibers to the brain where they get interpreted. If we have negative thoughts, the brain interprets them as true. If we have positive thoughts, the brain interprests them as true.

 

We need to understand how our mind works. Our mind is constantly changing based on what we focus on. If we focus on negative things, our mind becomes negative. If we focus on positive things, our mind becomes positive.

 

We need to understand the power of our mind. Our mind controls everything in our lives. It controls our emotions, our actions, and even our physical bodies. It is the master controller of our entire existence.

We need to understand once we realize we can change our thoughts, we can change our lives. Once we realize we can change ourselves, we can change our world.

 

We need to understand knowing we can change our thoughts makes us powerful. Knowing we can change our lives gives us power over our own destiny.
